Designed for younger patients (ages 16-30) including those who have never seen a gynecologist or are new to seeing a gynecologist.
My primary goal is to establish trust and ensure that all aspects of my adolescent/young adult patient’s health are being addressed including periods, birth control, sex education, mental and emotional health. I work to make younger patients feel comfortable and empower them to take ownership of their health. Note, no physical exam is done at this visit if the patient is <21 years old (or not sexually active) unless there is a specific complaint or issue that requires one. Pap smears begin at age 21 years of age.

- Pelvic ultrasound visit to establish baseline of normal anatomy
- 1-2 week follow up appointment to review labwork, imaging and discuss a plan made specifically for you
- In person or telehealth visits for our patients offered in a timely manner as needed throughout the year
- Ease of access and communication to Dr. Robbins
- Coordination with your other doctors and specialists
Designed for patients (ages 30+) to maintain and monitor your health, lifestyle, and hormonal changes.
Schedule your 1 hour new patient visit which will include a thorough GYN, hormonal and lifestyle evaluation. Pap smear, bloodwork (including GYN/metabolic markers) and imaging will be ordered as needed. Then we will schedule a follow up appointment 1-2 weeks after so I can present to you a personalized plan based on your goals.

THE ELM PROCEDURES WITH ANESTHESIA
- 3 visits including the pre-procedure visit to review indication and create a plan, the procedure visit itself and the post procedure follow up visit
- We also can provide a formal procedure report to take back to your primary gynecologist
Designed for patients who need a procedure and would like it to be done in a comfortable, unrushed visit with pain management.
Imagine you need a procedure done and instead of dreading it, you know that you have a well thought out plan for pain management and comfort. This plan that may include pre-procedure anti-anxiety meds, prescription strength topical cream, intramuscular injection or local anesthesia if desired. This is 2024 after all. Let's modernize procedures in GYN care.
