Feel Back to Yourself Program
- 1 hour intake visit with Katherine Clark, NP where she will review labs and your symptoms and create a personalized regimen for you
- 2 week 30 min follow up to review lab work, medications and plan going forward
- 4 x 30 min monthly checks
- After 5 month program is completed, you can either opt to stay within Katherine's practice ($100/month) or transition to your regular GYN provider with our letter detailing the regimen so that they can do any refills. We are happy to discuss your regimen with your other provider if you decide to transition back to them
- If any follow up visits or changes to regimen are required after the program, 30 min follow up visits are $200
- Any labs can be ordered through LabCorps
5 Month Telehealth Program designed for women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, supplementing your regular GYN care.

Designed for women who want to work 1 on 1 with Dr. Robbins in a 5 month program that can supplement regular GYN care.
Dr. Robbins' concierge practice is currently full. I'll be taking patients on a case by case basis as availability allows.
